Haha! Thanks for making me laugh. My favorite is "I came down with a bad case of something or other." I don't know if these are "good" excuses, but they sure are funny! Thanks for sharing :)

I also agree with the ergonomic setup! I just started sitting in an Aeron, (though my office looks nothing as tricked out as yours!) and I love it. I knew I wouldn't be able to afford one right off the bat, so I looked into a preowned one as an option. It works great though, and from a website thats literally called preownedaerons.com. Thanks for the tips.

This post was AMAZING!! I have seen desks with 2 or 3 monitors, but 10+ is quite the setup! I love the ergonomic focus of this post. I agree that it is definitely important to have you home or work office setup ergonomically, and some people took it to an extreme. Made me think about my office desk and how I would love for it to be more neat and tidy!! Thanks for sharing these awesome photos.

Anyone with pain moving their hands can get rid of the mouse altogether with Integrated Keyboarding at:
www.inkeyboard.com
which allows you to move the mouse and cursor, highlight, scroll, drag, number and delete without moving the hands at all.
Hope this helps.

I'm a massage therapist and quite early in my career, I started to develop carpal tunnel syndrome. Through a combination of self massage, yoga and ergonomics I was able to heal myself. If caught early on your can make changes in your life and acquire new habits that will get rid of your CTS all together. Thanks for the great post. I think it's important that as many people as possible are aware of possible ways to treat CTS.
