Warranty Details:Fox Bay Industries, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship, under normal installation, use, and service for the period of time specified in each product description.
The Obligation of the Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part of the product which we agree is defective in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service during the specified period commencing with the date of purchase.
This Warranty is in lieu of all other express Warranties, obligations or liabilities. Any implied warranties, obligations or liabilities, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, shall be limited in duration to the specified duration of this written limited warranty.
