Returns & Cancellations

Once your order is being processed for delivery we cannot change or cancel it until the merchandise is received by the customer. Orders may not be cancelled without the consent of Ergoware, and cancellations or changes will not be accepted if manufacturing of the order has begun, or if the merchandise has been shipped in compliance with customers' original order. Restocking / Cancellation charges may be incurred. Claims for returning / canceling of merchandise are subject to manufacturers' individual policies, and you may be subject to a restocking / cancellation fee of up to 35% of the cost of the merchandise. Ergoware will attempt to mediate claims to the customer's satisfaction; however, the manufacturer has the final decision.

Ownership of the merchandise is transferred to buyer once the merchandise is accepted by the freight carrier. Customer must examine all merchandise sold from the Site for any damage at time of receipt. If any item is damaged or missing, customer must immediately contact Ergoware. Ergoware will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

For approved returns, all items must be in "as-new" condition, in the original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, and be returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges are for the purchase price of the item(s), and must be returned with shipping pre-paid. If the returned items fail to meet these requirements, request for replacement or refund will be denied, and the customer will be responsible for arranging to retrieve returned items at their expense. NOTE: An exception to the return policy is for anti-glare and privacy filters for flat panel monitors, which will not be accepted as returns due to claims that they are the incorrect size for the customer’s monitors. Ergoware has included a graphic with the inside & outside dimensions for each of these products on the product details pages, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they order the product that is appropriate for their monitors.
