Ergoware will use its best efforts to obtain deliveries in time to meet its customers' requirements. However, once the merchandise has been delivered to the shipper, Ergoware cannot be responsible for shipping delays, regardless of their cause. Most items are shipped by common Ground service, typically UPS or FedEx, based on the combined weight of all items on the order according to the following table. Oversized, very large or heavy shipments that cannot be delivered via standard Ground service will all be sent via special carriers. Please note that we do not ship outside of the U.S. Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Shipping promotion and prices for shipping are to the lower 48 contiguous states. Products may be shipped from one of several warehouse facilities around the US. As a result, orders that include multiple products may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments. However, the shipping cost associated with the order will not be affected. Ownership of the merchandise ordered on the Site is transferred to the buyer when the product is accepted by the freight carrier. Ergoware is not responsible for damages incurred during transit. Claims for any damage that may occur during transit must be filed by you with the freight carrier involved. We will be happy to assist you in any way with any problems that you may encounter.

Delivery Lead Times
Since the products represented on this Site are provided by a number of our partners, it is not possible to set a delivery time that would encompass all products and quantities. Due to our large volume of our orders most of our manufacturer partners have agreed to ship Ergoware products on a special Rapid Ship program within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please reference the information supplied in product detail pages of the Site for additional information on delivery lead times. Most other products will ship within 3 to 4 days of receiving the order.
