For additional support on the Adesso keyboards, please click on the following links: Adesso Keyboard FAQ Page Adesso Touchpad FAQ Page Adesso MAC Product FAQs Page My keyboard did not come with drivers and I don’t see any on your web site.
Most of the Adesso keyboards do NOT require drivers. They use the standard drivers for either Mac or PC and the appropriate driver should be selected when you reboot your computer after installing the new keyboard. For PC keyboards, the keyboard is connected to the PS/2 keyboard port. Windows will automatically select the Standard 101/102 keyboard driver. You can manually select this driver if it does not automatically configure upon rebooting your computer. If your touchpad does not work, be sure that it is connected to a separate PS/2 mouse (green) port.
I have keycaps that have broken off, what do I do?
The first thing to do is to call Adesso at 800-467-1195 so that they can send out new key cap(s). This saves time and money, as you will not need to ship the keyboard back to us. Adesso can send out new key cap(s) if you provide a mailing address and confirm the model of the keyboard and the key cap(s) that you need. You should be able to snap the key cap back onto the key stem. Should any bits of plastic be stuck in the key stem, they can usually be scraped out with something thin. You could also e-mail your information to
support@adesso.comWhat operating systems will the Adesso keyboards operate on? The keyboards will operate on any USB-equipped IBM compatible PC running Windows 98SE/WinNT*, 2000, ME, XP and Vista. If the keyboard is designed for MAC OS, they will work with the latest MAC OS Version. *Windows NT does not support USB devices.
Where to I obtain drivers for my hotkeys for the Tru-form Ergonomic keyboard? You could find any driver you need at the

What if the touchpad conflicts with other mouse drivers?
If you experience problems with the touchpad selecting items or dragging and dropping items that you have not selected, having another mouse driver residing on your system may be the cause. This is especially true on the ADB Macintosh platform with any “Turbo” mouse drivers. Please check your system and copy to a diskette any drivers for previous pointing devices that you might find. Next, uninstall these mouse drivers from your hard drive. If this does not correct the problem, then please send an e-mail to
support@adesso.comdescribing the problem.
